Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your Cherrybits order. Because many of our products are giftable, personal and limited, we currently offer exchanges only and do not offer refunds.
Exchange window
You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange conditions
To qualify for an exchange, items must:
- be unused
- be in their original condition
- be returned in original packaging where possible
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- stickers
- keychains
- sale items
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How exchanges work
1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
2. Wait for approval and return instructions.
3. Send the item back to us at your cost.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange.
If the returned item does not meet our exchange conditions, we may not be able to approve the exchange.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos so we can help.
